Most folks opt to put their homes on the market during the warm spring and summer months, but for others, for one reason or another, it's necessary to list their home during the winter months. This is good news for sellers, as limited inventory means less competition from other "for sale" homes—and more likely you'll attract serious buyers, since they don't have as many options.
